Camera and microphone help
Check browser permissions and device settings if your camera or microphone is not working. Start with the device and browser you are using.
Allow access for the site you intend to use
Make sure the address is videoflirt.live before changing permissions. Camera access and microphone access are separate settings.
Chrome on a computer
Open Chrome’s Settings, then Privacy and security → Site settings. Under permissions, open Camera or Microphone, find VideoFlirt, and allow the required access. If your computer also asks for browser-level access, review that permission too.
Use Chrome’s device selector to choose the intended camera or microphone when more than one is available. These instructions follow Google’s Chrome camera and microphone guide.
Safari on a Mac
While viewing the site, open Safari’s Page menu and choose Website Settings. Review the Camera and Microphone options for that website. Menu labels can differ by Safari version. See Apple’s website settings guide.
No picture or sound?
- Check permission for the specific camera or microphone that is failing.
- If using a headset, check its physical mute switch. Review any mute control that is visible in the chat interface.
- Check the operating system’s input device and permission settings.
- If the issue persists, leave the call before restarting the browser or device. Check any charge already incurred before trying a new paid call.
Common questions
I blocked access earlier. Can I change that?
Yes. Browser site permissions can be reviewed and changed. Use the instructions above for the relevant browser; site permission and system permission may both need attention.
Will trying again be free?
Do not assume a retry is free. VideoFlirt calls are paid activities. Review free and paid features and seek support if the billing is unclear.
